U-Haul Moving & Storage at Rexdale Blvd

There is zero sense of urgency to get anything done quickly at this location. I will say the people are very nice its just so slow to get in and out. Even with Express checkout done online already it still took over an hour to pick up my truck. Lots of employees around but only 2 open check outs when there are clearly 4 stations. Its end of the month. You would think this would be planned for.

Would give 0 stars but its not an option. Their system malfunctioned during my returning of the truck these workers seem untrained in how to use there own system & you can expect a call from there rude General Manager Dean insulting you and calling you a liar if your transaction was a bad one she shouldnt be a GM if she doesnt know how to be customer service friendly!

Very good selection of moving boxes, moving accessories, locks, etc. We did not rent a truck from here but the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend coming here as it has the biggest selection compared to various other uhauls we went to.

Looks like the Jamaican lady who is operating this location is a cheater and just is trying to make extra money by some or the other way and is so impolite and doesnt really know how to deal with people. She first made us wait in the morning for 35 minutes giving us an excuse that the system was slow and she was laughing and talking with that one customer for soo long, then she made the billing with the Gas on the truck that was more than what was on my bill, i returned the truck and there again i had to wait 25 minutes just to let her know that we didnt used the blankets and the seal was on and so we shouldn't get charged if we havent used but she resisted and she said you have to pay for that irrespective you use or not, then she accused me in front of my colleagues that i bought a dolly in the morning and didn't paid her and i was shocked with that claim and then she went and counted her dollies and said one is missing, she asked for my bill at that stage which i produced and then she said how are you paying, without even apologizing that she is trying to ransom money from me with unnecessary and stupid claims. She was impolite, she doesnt pay attention to customers, make them wait for long, creates unnecessary charges and then doesn't have the courtesy to apologize for accusation she lays on the customers. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and this review will go in google too so other people are beware of her character and people generally in this location. They will rip you off and so my suggestion is not to use this location.
