Very rude and unprofessional people working at this location. I have a monthly subscription for car wash I got a car wash done for my suv and it was all dirty still. I told the cashier she sent a guy to take pictures Thn she’s go back in line I’ll open it for you. When there was few cars already. I requested her give me a receipt I’ll get it done from somewhere else she’s like no you have to do it at this location and I can’t give you the receipt .nnVery terrible customer service. Looking at your reviews I’m not surprised what happened today I just hope, some authority’s come and take action towards this location. This is not how you treat people. If you want to save money in your business this is not the right way. Look at the my suv pictures this is after the wash

I rarely leave bad reviews but terrible service. There were 3 Indian guys at the till and not one of them greeted me or thanked me. They could care less about any of the customers and kept talking amongst themselves. I purchased 4 items and 1 item had the wrong price. When I told the cashier, he told me I didn't see the price and made it seem like it's my fault. I told him I'm pretty sure that was not the price, I brought him over and sure enough they didn't label the price correctly and even seeing that he showed no remorse and didn't even apologize. I would suggest training the employees to provide better customer service.

Very poor quality of the wash.nI went true the wash twice because it didn’t wash my car properly first time and even after second time there was no success. Waste of money.

Ive been teo this place 2 days ago and just now finished the wash, look how dirty the car is on the videos and photos, canceling my monthly subscription.

Workers are extremely rude and aggressive.nnThis Indian girl came out aggressively and started smashing at my window asking me to leave. I told her I’d leave in just one minute as I was wrapping up a work related email. Instead she takes it upon herself to non stop bang on my window demanding I move my car instantly.nnI forgot to mention that every single spot was open except mine and one other was her car so I wasn’t even restricting anyone from parking.nnShe continues to shout and bang on my window and make my visit here terrible. I don’t recommend this location AT ALL and to instead go to the gas station across the street.nnThe other time I was here their ice cream was stale and old so overall nothing good about this location.nOthers complaining about the washrooms being dirty or unusable and just doing sketchy practices. This location NEEDS to be checked and she needs to be removed or given lessons on how to deal with people.
