The staff is pleasant. I went to get my car washed last night at around midnight and when I drove in and the door closed behind me, I noticed a man standing at the dryer side door inside. I was petrified as I was stuck in a car wash in my car, a female alone. I should’ve called 911. I’m not sure why I didn’t think of it at that time. I was waiting for the door to open so I can drive through. I didn’t even dry my car. When I went to go speak to the employee immediately he sort of brushed it off as he’s homeless and they’re aware of it. He also mentioned that his homeless man sits at Tim Hortons until they close and kick him out then he comes to the gas station. This is to say that this is a norm at this gas station at homeless people put us in danger. So much could’ve happened in that car wash to me. But thank goodness I was being watched over by God. I’m not sure what the next steps are. This was Extremely dangerous As anything could’ve had happen in that car wash, and nobody would know till after the fact. Be careful. Also note I took videos of this man standing in the car wash. He actually was pulling his pants up. Which could lead to a lot of concern concerns

I work in transport and have about 13 vehicles that come to this Esso station to fuel up most gasoline and large Vehicles using diesel. This place is rarely cleaned up as today I was there early morning filling up our Freightliner trucks and they had zero washer fluid numerous broken windshield cleaners and I instructed one of the employees to fill these upnnI came back in 3 hours to fill up another one of our trucks which uses over $400 of diesel per fill up and they still did not fill up the windshield contains and the broken squeegees have still not been picked up. Also empty DEF boxes tossed about.nnThe place is a mess. With the price of fuel we are being gouged with the least they can do is have proper site maintenance.nnAlso paper for the receipts at the machine has been empty on a regular bases.nnNot impressed!!

I bought a monthly pass for the Esso car wash, thinking it would be convenient, but it has been a complete waste of money. Every time I go, the car wash is closed. This has happened three times in the past two weeks. What’s worse is that when I go inside to ask the staff about it, they just say, “I don’t know.” No explanation, no update on when it will be working—nothing. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay for a service that is never available. If you’re considering getting a monthly pass, don’t bother. It’s unreliable, and the staff don’t seem to care. Save your money and go somewhere else.

DONT go for car wash here, the screen doesn’t show option for touch less anymore this happened twice with me. I used come here before for touchless car wash and it used to work but it doesn’t work anymore

Pumps usually break down or unavailable. I only go to this station due to distance from home and tim hortons next door. Don't use the tims in the store as they don't provide points.n08/10: This is like the only Esso that halts business for more than 10 minutes and Shell is across the street, seen many went over there due to this and this has happened to me for more than 3 times around 8-9pm. Only reason I waited was because I had 1 more fill to fulfill PC points.
