Very poor customer service. The female employee refused to scan my Petro-Points, saying she didn’t have a scanner. She also denied washroom access, claiming it was not working. Her attitude was rude and arrogant. She was not wearing a name badge, so I couldn’t note her name. Extremely disappointing experience.
Worst petro canada i ever been to….. girl said washrooms are only for staff nothing for customers and they say we only allow in emergency but how do you know its and emergency or not and i am lodging a complain to petroncanada as well
