Wrost truck stop ever i have seen in my life. We are using husky for last more than 5 years and this truck stop says we can't leave our trucks parked or trailer dropped for more than 30 mins even husky customers are also being treated like they don't want them. We are over the road away from families and friends but when wanted to leave our truck parked for a night and wanted to go for shopping or meeting friends they are towing the vehicles. They have parked a tow truck in this parking. I can understand that parking is problem in GTA as mostly owner operator misuses truck stops as their yards but these truck stop should do something for their customer who are fueling from husky or esso. Very disappointing experience.nnThey should allow their customer to park their vehicle after fueling and regustering at desk so that drivers can have a good time in visit here and nearby places.

This Esso’s service was utterly inadequate, warranting a rating of not even one star. If possible, a rating of -10 would be more appropriate. They are the only truck stop in the vicinity that charges for showers, despite the fact that customers fuel up at the same location where they are interested in collecting chillers. Furthermore, even after paying for a shower, they insist on the deposit of your id or other valuable items before you can use the shower facilities. This practice is not only unethical but also a clear indication of a lack of professionalism. There are numerous other concerning practices, such as charging for towels and providing papers instead of floor towels. If you are considering using this establishment for a shower, I strongly advise against it.

If I could, I would great this place at a negative 10?nWe needed to take a shower and the filth it was beyond imaginable..nThe inside of the store was disgusting, i had to go upstairs to use the showers, there were huge tiles missing off the stairs which was very unsafe. It was dark and dingy, when I opened the door to use the shower. There was pubic hairs all over the floor it was disgusting, I can't believe they were allowed to go. Run it this establishment. To the ground. I was almost in tears until we located a safer and Cleaner Establishment

When Comfort Inn tried to price gouge me, I was stuck with no place to stay when I came to see my son after being separated for 900 days due to the pandemic. These guys came to the rescue. They let me chill there, charge my phone, freshen up and meditate. They came through when an actual hotel became impossible to use. The shower is sparse but very hot. They also have everything a trucker could need.

I do use husky travel centres throughout Ontario I do enjoy the fact of filling with diesel and getting points for showers also if you shop inside or use the restaurant you acquire points all in all the travel centres are great super friendly staff and helpful.nUnfortunately this husky has gone down heel they used do to breakfast which was great as the lady that worked there was always great nice to chat too. Know all they have is dragon express which personally I wouldn't eat go across the lot to master steaks food is way better it's a shame as husky still operates here in Canada but this location closed it's restaurant before Covid and has never bother opening up again.nStaff here know aren't as good as it what
