0 stars if i could.Visited this dixie mart station for a touchless car wash tonight which was a big mistake. Purchased a luxury car wash which i usually do at any car location. Went through the car wash and it didnt seem like other luxury washes I've had previously with under carriage wash,rinse, soap then foam and rinse again with dry timer. Car came out wet with dirt still on it so went and talked to employee who called the owner that decided to run the wash again. The second time around I got the actual luxury wash with everything stated previously which I originally paid for and the car still came out covered in dirt on the top and the right side while the left was spotless. I went back and asked the associate for a refund which she said she couldn't do and that and the owner is 5 minutes away. He showed up and didn't even listen to what we had to say.He showed up and started saying my car was covered in oil. A big argument happened where he did not refund no money and said if we knew his carwash was garbage why did we use it. It literally was the first and last stop at this shop. Owner is ignorant, doesn't own up to anything wrong with his carwash and would literally assault a woman if he had the chance. A video was made of the entire interaction where he tried to lock the door while we were trying to get a refund from him. As he was locking the door another person going in mentioned he had the same issue with the carwash so its not a first.He refused to give a refund so he will be famous very soon on every social media platform. I've also posted the picture of the Manager which was taken when he was inches away from my wifes face wanting to fight.This place needs to be shut down and he needs to get charged for fraud.

I recently paid for a car wash at Dixie Mart Esso and was disappointed to find that when I got out to dry my vehicle, it was still visibly dirty. I went inside to politely raise the issue, expecting customer service or at least an explanation.nnInstead, the employee laughed at me. When I took out my phone to document the condition of my vehicle, her attitude became even more unprofessional, and she started telling me that I was “out of my mind.”nnI understand that car washes aren’t perfect, but customers deserve to be treated with respect when they have a legitimate concern. The poor customer service was far more disappointing than the wash itself. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning

Very bad I buy lottery nd something more items but they girl night time she behavior very rode if any body want go to washroom she speak lie she just wash now nothing I look 30mint she same dialogue say to anybody come nd ask the washroom

Def system at esso key doesnt work properly.nDef filling takes soo much time only drops comes out.nNot good for def.

Hi ,nEverything else is fine but never purchase any food item from here . I purchased small cake container item and it was all filled up with mold .
