The Shelburne Hotel (located on Long Beach Peninsula), est in 1896, is the oldest continuously operated hotel in the State of Washington with 15 guest rooms.

Story

The Shelburne Inn, Restaurant & Pub was established in 1896 and has a long-standing tradition of providing excellent hospitality and food to the traveling public. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared with creativity and skill and served with care. Fresh local ingredients guide the menu. The inn has two suites and 13 guest rooms, most with exterior decks or balconies. The ocean is just a short 15 minute walk from the inn. Wireless Internet available.

Shelburne Inn was a real gem. We were lucky to find vacancy here as it was a holiday weekend. The check in was easy and the concierge was so friendly and helpful. Our room was adorable and cozy with cookies waiting for us on arrival. The inn was beautiful and very interesting with old world charm. There is a restaurant inside as well as a separate bar. We got free breakfast with our stay so we got to experience the restaurant. The food was very good and fresh as the mushrooms were foraged that morning and the herbs were all from the garden. Highly recommend this place! It was our last stop on a week long vacation and it was a relaxing place to cap off our trip.

A welcomed escape from the norm. The Shelburne will transport you back in time. The bonus is that they let us bring our pup out to the back patio. The food is great and the people that work there are very friendly. I'll definitely be coming back.

Dinner here was fantastic! Some of the best food we have had. I had fried razor clams with a fruit salsa. My spouse had crab ravioli. Bother were great. the character of the building is amazing. unfortunately, the waiter was new and did not bother to learn anything about the menu offerings before we came in.. Nice, friendly person, though.This would be five stars if the waiter had had a clue about anything.

I had a very good Ruben sandwich at the bar with a tasty side salad. Ivy was a very attentive waitress and I would go there again.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Historic building which is kept up well and very nice. The food is great!
