Clean with nice people serving there,but if u are middle eastern ,it doesn't mean you are a middle eastern chef. Could be better and I so better in KW.Even the chef wasn't middle eastern. Good luck to all!!

This is a below mediocre spot for shwarmah in Waterloo. The wrap I got was cold and stained with grease and crust from the shwarmah press. The chicken was a little dry. There is so many better alternatives for shwarmah. P.s. I didn’t say I went to the restaurant recently.

Friendly service! My family and I really enjoyed our food. Shawarma was delicious and made just as we requested. Will definitely be back.

Looks better after renovation. And new management is offering good deals. Overall, very good food and nice service. Highly recommend.

Oily disgusting chicken that tasted horrible. Coleslaw was stale and nasty. Only good part of the meal was the fries.

Very poor quality Shawarma Prices are expensive compared to how they also pack the food. Got the shawarma platter but it cane without service at all no pickles.... Etc.

Awesome menu set up! and great food! they are super organized, efficient, and authentic!! Definitely on of my favorites in the K.W.C area.
