Good place to hangout with friends.! Reasonable rates.! Fast service available. Chances of not getting tables so call and confirm before you reach there.! Can play cards and other stuff.! Food is little expensive but may be worth of having it with sheesha.!!
Awesome lounge, by far the best in KW. Great place to study, and also a great place to hang out with friends. The owner is incredible and really cares about his customers. I remember the first time I went there, I told him "I only come here late, I wish you had some decaf drinks". The next time I went back, he added decaf drinks to the menu. The food, music, events, and shisha quality are all top notch. Can't wait for them to open up again
Service here is exceptionally poor. I have been here twice. The first time we ordered food and they told us they had to start up the fryer. About half an hour later they had not given us our food and we reminded them a few times.. Only to wait another half hour to receive an incorrect order. 6 months later we decide to try the place again. The staff told us we were not allowed to bring water in with us as it is a liability for them, I even explained that I need to have water on me all the time because my medication gives me a dry mouth. They were very rude about this and said I must put my water in the car. We still stayed and tried to order tap water. The waiter refused and said they only sell bottled water, then walked away without even giving us time to respond.... Shame.
My friends and I used to go once a week! We loved the environment, the staff, food, Turkish coffee and flavour selection. During the winter it was amazing. This summer however. The whole experience was hit or miss and we sorely miss the old experience we used to have! We will try to come back again this winter.
Too expensive for poor quality of product and service. Management is rude and has tried to force me and my friends to dance with a bunch of random guys. I’ve inhaled random chunks of coal from the hookah. They reserve tables for no one and choose who to seat at them I don’t understand why. They also don’t know how to serve coconut coals, lightly pack the heads and burn the shisha every time.
I’m a regular at this place and it’s great. Great variety of different flavours and great staff. My friends and I typically end our night here every time we go out. The food is also amazing
Great place. This was my first time being and will not be the last. I made over an hour drive today came for some late lunch and shisha. The owner accommodated my kind of odd picky food order... Shisha was great. Food was properly cooked and seasoned. Price after everything was beyond decent. Please keep up the good work my friends!!
I don’t know where to start but here: 1 -short skinny server has the worse attitude ever, he needs to be re-train ASAP!!! on how to talk to customers!!!! 2- Took 45 mints to get my order 3 -absolutely not even 1% of business ethics 4- got my order wrong 2 times 5- the ice hose didn’t even work over frozen 6- they asked us to move 5times to give out our table to someone else and we have 6 people in our table Would I come back No Would I recommend this to anyone No
Went to this place for the first and last time on Friday. The chairs were super uncomfortable, there was no cushion left. The server with glasses was very rude and gave us so much attitude when we were ordering. He was very smug and should not be in a customer service position. Never going back here again.
I was visiting from San Diego lotta people recommended the place, I stopped by to give it a try and it became my daily hang out place. The food is amazing and phenomenal there. The service is super great and the crew is very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place, keep it up guys
