I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Noor Food Market and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of their products. The meats looked so fresh and appetizing. As it turns out, the meats were every bit as delicious as they looked. I was really impressed by how fresh everything tasted. If you're in the market for top-notch meats in the Waterloo region, I highly recommend Noor Food Market. You won't be disappointed!
Wow! Rude is an understatement for the service at this place. We walk in and three people are busy serving one person! The people behind the counter see us and proceed to completely IGNORE US! WHERE ARE WE? Do you know when a customer walks in, you acknowledge them and tell them it'll be a minute. I don't mind if i have to wait. The man gives me an utter look of disdain as if I interrupted his nap. You run a business in Canada. Try learning some basic etiquettes. Won't be returning again. There are better, friendlier places for halal meat in KW.
Tender halal meat sold here, better in quality compared to other markets in waterloo, great service, customer friendly.

I come there for a good choice of maamoul cookies filled with dates. However I don't like when a business is closed 15 minutes before official closing. It was closed at 7:45 pm or maybe even earlier.
This place meat section has no commitment to their customers. I ordered a specific type of meat in advance and I was supposed to receive a call when it’s ready, after few days I went there and there was no meat as they sold it to another customer. The thing that made me angry was they look at your eyes and lie instead of apologize !! They told me we called you 4 5 times however I hadn’t received any call. I counted on that for my guests and now I have nothing! I should’ve listened to my friends advice and stayed away from this place. Poor customer service plus untrustworthy butchers
