I came into the store to do a return for an online order. The associate at the desk was a bit slow to complete the return but maybe that's just their process. I didn't see anyone else working in the store. The store is mostly organized if you need to come in to look for any items, otherwise, shopping online for lululemon and returning in store or online is not an issue.
I went to this Lululemon to exchange two pairs of leggings, and it was a pleasant experience. I was approached by Stephanie in a very comforting way, she was knowledgeable about the products and was willing to always go above and beyond to have my needs met. She helped me pick out the right size of leggings that I felt comfortable in. I left the store very happy. This makes me confident that I can come back to this location. Thanks so much Stephanie! I highly recommend coming here !
My family and I stopped in today to buy a new pair of pants after I recently ripped mine and I was helped by the most kind and wonderful woman. After buying a sports bra and pants and during our small talk Emily. I believe it may have been Shaylyn. She had reddish hair and was taller She really went above and beyond for us and showed me so much care and kindness on a day that I so desperately needed it. I left with a smile that carried along with me throughout a very difficult day. Thank you for the wonderful experience .
My daughter went to return an online order. He told her it was a final sale. The receipt doesn't say final sale nor is there a final sale sticker on the tag. He insisted on the gift card for instore credit. She told him NO I want it back on my visa.. He played around with her and says to her OK.. And tried to put it on an instore credit instead of her visa.. She stopped him. Took her online order and walked out of the store. VERY SHADY AND VERY Unprofessional! She called the 1800 #, they offered her a shipping label and it will be returned back onto her visa

Staff here are really friendly and helpful. Some of the nicest and most understanding people you will meet. They frequently have several styles on markdown so its a good idea to come here often!
Writing this review for the educator Myah, that helped my sister with her exchange and was able to resolve the problem I had with my leggings. Myah was knowledgeable, friendly and provided us with great customer service!
Had a great experience. Everyone was super friendly and the girl, who I think is Brooke, was very helpful as I was figuring out my new sizes.
Ayesha nadeem helped me out and she was so lovely she is an amazing employee she really helped me and took her time to help she is absolutely amazing!!
Lululemon you have lost me for good this lululemon was not professional at all, I came to this lululemon with some stuff I wanted to exchange for others and they gave me a not so great offer but since there were a bit old I understood. After a conversation with my daughter in a different language about how the service was bad a staff member heared us and I think she spoke out language. She told all the staff there that I was being rude and talking bad about her even though I was having a talk with my daughter not even about her. After going through the check out with the stuff we picked the manager was informed about the situation and we found out what happened. They came back on there deal and offered us a really bad price for each leggings after spending $138 on each leggings the offered us $50 each. I ended up not taking anything. The staff member ended up staying in the back so she wouldn't have to face us because what she said wasn't true and I was talking to my daughter in a different language.
