I gave a 4 star only because I wasn't able to try a shake due in no part to the restaurant. However from what I had, I'm sure my review will upgrade to a 5. Nonetheless, to what I actually had. I had the double smoke shack with everything, and the burger was not small, nor overly huge, just right for the appetite. The patties weren't flattened and left in their expanded state, and juicy with every bite. I also had the cheese fries, which were a little salty, but were fresh, and crisp, and the cheese was hot and gooey which I liked. I also had the mango passionade lemonade which was not bitter with just the right sweetness. I'm just waiting to get back to try some shakes. Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly menu with smaller options for kids. Parking: Has an attached parking lot, with plenty of parking Wheelchair accessibility: Have wheelchair parking with accessible entries for wheelchairs.
This place is fine, they have okay fries though I would NOT recommend the cheese fries and their burgers are good, if a bit small. pricey for what you get, but I'll say I do really like their shakes. their chicken bites are to DIE for though!?Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: Yes
The food was delicious, burgers are an on the smaller side however satisfying. The sweet buns complement the grilled patties well and I especially liked the mayo combination they used on there burgers. Fries were perfectly fried nice and crispy on the outside and perfectly soft on the inside. Before I end the review wanted to add that the shakes are also really good and that it is kid friendly and spacious inside.
This place was used to be a good place to eat with quality but it seems changed when I visited there yesterday. The fry flavor seems to be little bit of fish. And the spicy bacon burger seems not properly made. The spicy sauce was clustered on the edge. May be they are all busy to closing. But the manager seems very nice!
This place is really great! The cheese and bacon fries are really great comfort food to enjoy. The chocolate milkshake is super delicious. The staff is very nice and polite. The atmosphere there is relaxing.
Very Good Burgers,came all the way from Joliet to try them. Bathrooms were clean. Service was good,and decently fast. Staff seemed friendly. We will be back. Thank you.
Another swing and miss from this particular location. Chicken bites were very much inedible. They refunded the cost of just the chicken bites. This spot is an outlier as every other shack i’ve gone to has been really good consistently. This one has made really bad food several times now.
Burgers were fresh! Pumpkin spice shake was delicious!! I would recommend you try a burger at least once!
One of my favorite spots to go for burgers, food is good and nice environment, something’s I don’t like which is why I’m giving this 4 stars instead of 5 is that the line is usually of the door and a little slow paced and the prices are a little higher than average.
Good and high quality meat Perfect burgers Just only the meat i like it if have little spice and salt.
