What an amazing experience! Everything was simply wonderful, from the service to the food. Our waiter and bartender were each very kind and friendly. The food was just fantastic! Even the French fries had a delicious and gourmet taste to them that went beyond the usual salty crispness. My fiance and I loved everything about this steakhouse and highly recommend it for anyone to enjoy.
This was the GOAT experience. Everything was GOAT. Staff, takes care of you. Will offer you samples of wine. Very friendly. Food was amazing. Taste, and presentation. The Jumpman martini, was GOAT !!! Well worth it. Pictures of Jordan, and the Bulls are very cool too. Brings back memories. 6 STARS. If you're a Jordan fan, go to his restaurant. You'll love everything about it. #23 GOAT
Ordered: Appetizer: Bacon, Crab Cake, Shrimp Dejhone, Salmon, Mac n Cheese, & Chicken. Appetizers were great! Salmon was juicy and season well. ! Mac N Cheese was creamy. Chicken was bland. Ivan our sever was great. He recommended the Sangria, a special drink for the evening. I had 2 and they were so good. Thanks Ivan for the awesome first time experience.
Company holiday party with horrible service and the worst drinks. We got our private room early. That was awesome. Each table only sat 5. Which doesn't make a bit of sense when everyone goes as couple. Our host seemed to never have done a party before because he was horrible at the simplest task. He was nice and friendly to most guests while completely ignoring the table we were at. As the evening progressed, it became clear we were left out of many simplest basic drinks. At a few points, we had to chase the host down and beg to have a drink refilled while the table next to us of a different skin tone never had to wait for a drink. I mean, seriously, we should be beyond racism. It was so obvious; all we could do was smile and deal with what was handed to us. We never saw a manager. The manager never came around to see if things were going well. The second disappointment was the bar and their lack of ability to mix drinks. Now, I understand why they pushed for you to order beers or whines because they were not capable of anything else. Tequila Sunrise was heavily watered down. Where the Amaretto stone sours weren't balanced. I would have liked a diet coke but to get a refill on those was horrible far and few in between. Nothing like chasing your host down for a simple drink while trying to eat. As for the food. Our appetizers severed family style. The bacon was very good. The shrimp wasn't worth the time. I didn't have the garlic bread but that was the first plate emptied. Next, we had the Caesar salad, which was lacking sauce. The main dish I had was Delmonico steak. I ordered rare and got blue. Other than that, it was okay. My husband hates steak and fish and was forced to take the chicken. Wow HUGE disappointment. Lastly, for dessert, I had the key lime pie. Wholly cow how can you mess that up? But that was weird and smokey. Had to visit the restroom after two bites and when I got back the busboy had taken my food. Why the hell would you take someone's plate away while they were busy? It would have been nice to take another bite or two to understand the weird burnt smoke taste they were going for. The bar gets 1 star. The service gets 2 stars and the food gets 3 stars. Do not have a party there! I think everything would have been different and maybe even a tad better.
Michael Jordan’s Steakhouse is located next to the Marriott Hotel. There is a lot of guest parking directly in front of the restaurant. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating. Our waitress Kiara was very friendly and made sure we were well taken care of. All menu items from signature garlic bread with sauce, soup, salad and burgers were excellent. Definitely returning for steak dinner next time.
Visiting from Miami and our waitress Kotryna was a pleasure. This was our 1st time. She was very accommodating and a great sense of humor. The food was delicious. We will return.
First time visit. Everything was great. Did patio dining. I personally didn't like the signature crab cake nothing wrong with the dish. I just don't like crab that much but the waiter was amazing at replacing and taking it off the bill. I recommend everyone to go here. Try to catch Oliver as your server. He was amazing.
Wow! Danny our server was outstanding. Everyone else was amazing as well. We went there for my birthday and everything was so awesome. Loved walking around and looking at all the Michael Jordan memorabilia. The food was sooo good and the pineapple lemonade was delightful. Thanks so making our experience so much more memorable!
This place is nothing short of amazing! The staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and had great recommendations from the menu. Fantastic atmosphere surrounded by Michael Jordan memorabilia. Everything my wife and I tried was perfect! The steak flight was out of this world and very filling at an unbeatable value. The only downside was the jerk of a customer next to us. It seemed like he had a bad day and decided to take it out on the restaurant staff. The staff went above and beyond more then I have ever seen to please this man and his wife but he was just a bitter person. You'll probably see his review below. Ignore him! Some people are unpleasable. Highly recommended this steakhouse and will be returning again very soon!
AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! Great staff and wonderful environment. The steak was the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve had loooots of steaks. Mac and cheese was THE BEST!! For my boyfriends birthday, they gave him a free dessert, a birthday card, and a Michael Jordan poster. He was very pleased. The staff knew what wine pairing would go well with our food, and they did not disappoint! Best experience ever. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! A nice splurge for a birthday or anniversary.
