The Worst. Finally went after coworkers said not too. I get back to see the rice is mixed with the beans and beans on the side of bag. Rice definitely never touched the left side. I work in the mall so I call and the manager Alejandra said well that’s not how we pack it and once it leaves the premise there’s nothing we can do. Said she can remake it with the food brought back and couldn’t give a refund. Baby I got a 30 min lunch what makes you think ima walk back for you to mess up again? She said well I’m the owner and that’s the best I’m willing to do. BYE! Definitely wasn’t the way it was transported even tho they “see it a lot”
I had the carnitas meat salad bowl and I added a horticata drink. My daughter had the steak tacos and a horticata drink. We both enjoyed our food and the drink. The salsa sauces were yummy as well. Overall, for a Mexican food restaurant in a mall I'd recommend it.
We had the taco and tamale in quesadilla dinner. The food was warm, the rice was very tasty. The front of the restaurant is very nice and clean and there is a cute Cantina where you could sit and have a drink. The only downside was it was a little bit pricey at $14 per plate.
Quick service, good price . Jamaicahibiscus drink and horchata was good Taco salad good. Their tortilla chips are AMAZING.
Clean cooking area, If you get a chance grab yourself some tacos the way you want we ordered 7 tacos asked for the tortilla a little more crispy and they delivered! It takes a bit of time but its well worth the little wait! Our fav salsa was the guac salsa with a kick, beware gauc sals Wheelchair accessibility: Larger doors, wide sapces to eat
The food was a solid OK although the price was perhaps higher than warranted. The lettuce was more basic cheap iceburg than I expected considering the name of the restaurant and the ingredients were fairly fresh. Still better than any fast-food offerings. The service was fairly quick and atmosphere was nice enough, considering it's in a mall food court.
Rude staff, don't order pickup, they won't make it for you until you're there anyway. Waste of time, never again. Got home, opened the takeout and they threw this together like garbage. If I could update my post with the picture I would. Worst taco joint ever. How do you mess up tacos...they're tacos. We all should naturally love what you do and this place went out of its way to create a bad experience.
This is THE BEST tacos. The asada is o e of if THE BEST if you are into meat. At least 1 or 2 times a week its a lunch or dinner. If im taking home i call, if they arent swamped the take the order and 15-20min its waiting for me to go. In and out. Service is quick polite and accommodating. We LOVE it. Thank you to the CILANTRO TEAM of Oakbrook mall.
Unfortunately this is the worst Mexican food experience for me. The food is very bland. There were no flavors at all. And for vegetarian rice bowl there is no veggie other than stale lettuce, avocado and tomato. No veggie protein options either. Highly disappointed with the food and its quality. Ambience of the oakbrook food court mall is amazing - I wish there was Chipotle instead!
I would give them zero star for their horrible quality. There was a broken sharp piece of bone in my bowl and when I kindly informed the cashier girl, she rudely responded “that is not a big deal and it’s normal” I told her that the broken bone cut my gum and That I wanna talk to a manager and she just said there is nothing they can’t do. I don’t know if they go through any sort of food quality control, but their garbage quality food is definitely dangerous. Waste of money and time leave alone their unprofessional and rude staff.
