Don't be fooled by this unassuming spot, it was one of the best shawarma platters I've ever had! The people working here were also very kind. They initially gave me the wrong kind of chicken but ended up giving me both.

I'm putting this review to share my experienced , Around 3 weeks ago I bought Chicken Swarma Wrap at this place, first time to try when I got home & starting eating my wrap I noticed only few tiny pieces of chicken inside I didn't even tasted it , I was so disappointed coz I didn't enjoy my dinner , I immediately called them & complained , the person in the phone told me if I can come back they will replace it with new one, I didn't bother coz I need to take the bus to go there, So I just took a picture as a proof. Then today, I was in the area & I decided to pass by and showed them the picture , the guy I spoke apologized forgot to ask his name and he immediately made new one and this time he put lots of chicken & gave to me for free now I enjoyed my dinner : I decided to make this review to acknowledge their effort to make their customer happy but I guess next time , I will make sure to watch them when they start putting the meat inside the wrap so that I would not experienced the same again , or maybe the owner should inform all staff making & preparing the order to be consistent to the amount of meat they need to put to the order so that no more customers would complain.

Bismallah the Lord will punish you for your deceit. Not the first, second or third time have you have purposely done this. Greed will devour you. Imagine ordering a BOGO and adding extra chicken then these sly guys give you this order. The two plates combined don't even have the normal amount of chicken for 1 regular plate. It was fresh but the portions were definitely calculated. Avoid these cockroaches at all cost.

Present updated review: I called Mr. Shadi after the review, he promised me good service and replacement of the same order , he apologized for the food. I went to pick up the food, the person working there was extremely friendly and apologized for last night’s food. I understood it wasn’t a regular day, it happened because of extreme orders and it was an honest mistake. I came home and tried the shawarma plate, it is actually very delicious, not a typical shawarma plate. The veggies were tasty, grilled veggies were yumm and the rice was perfectly cooked and flavourful. The guy even gave me free Baklava. Thank you Mr. Shadi and the guy who made my order today. I recommend this place not because I got free food , but the cleanliness is also top notch! Very good customer service and tasty food. Keep up the good work Previous Review: Pathetic experience!!! Just because We ordered at 3 am doesn’t mean you serve us uncooked rice. We ordered BOGO shawarma plate after , the rice in it was completely uncooked! It was almost like raw rice. Can’t be how you guys can serve this to your customers. I can understand that the food would have been tasty if the rice was good , but couldn’t eat at all , had to separate the rice and the chicken and some how killed my hunger with this uncooked shawarma plate. Never going to order from this place. I wanted to call the store right away but since it’s past 3 , I didn’t, but definitely leaving a review for others to read! Not sure why I’m not able to upload pics, I wish I could show everyone what I was served! The sad part is , the food WASN’T EDIBLE at all! The flavors and quality of the shawarma itself are exceptional, and it's the main reason I keep coming back. However, I've had a consistent issue with my orders when I use Uber Eats. Despite putting detailed notes in my orders, and asking them to double-check the toppings and special requests, they have repeatedly gotten my orders wrong. and today, I ordered a shawarma plate, and to my surprise, I received a completely different order with just rice and chicken and no sauce no toppings different rice. It's frustrating because I take extra care to ensure my orders are accurate, but it seems like my requests are often overlooked. I believe the management of this shawarma shop needs to address this issue urgently. While the food is delicious, the frequent order mix-ups have left me really really disappointed. I hope they can improve their order accuracy in the future.

Unfortunately this might be the worst shawarma plate I’ve ever had in the city. I ordered through Uber eats and even adding extra chicken that costed hefty. The shawarma plate I received had the driest chicken and rice I’ve ever had from a restaurant. The chicken was over cooked to the max it felt like I was chewing gum, and the rice isn’t fresh at all, it isn’t soft. The spices used on the chicken/rice is over spiced and doesn’t make sense for a shawarma in my opinion. It’s supposed to come with tahini, garlic sauce, hot sauce and shawarma sauce but instead I received a giant goop of overpowering garlic sauce, seems like it was a rushed order. Im very disappointed. I’ll give the benefit of the doubt that this is a ubereats late night order thing and in the day it wouldn’t reflect the same. Still unacceptable nevertheless

An authentic food experience. They have reasonable prices and good portion size. You can also purchase some grocery items set up along their wall. It is conveniently steps away from the TTC Subway station. Covid protocol - mask required. #letsguide #covid

I went there to buy a shawarma platter and its was the worst shawarma i ever had. The rice they said it biryani spiced rice i seriously doubt if thats true. The meat portion is sooo little for 20 dollar box. The meat is not seasoned the food is so bad. Will never go there just a wastage of moneyFood: 1/5
