Servus Credit Union

This branch is the most unfriendly hospitable banking institution I have ever seen. Quite frankly they let you know if you are not their member they will not provide any service to you. I was willing to pay to certify a check from a member of that branch but they refused. I offered to pay a service charge, they still refused. They wanted me to drive for an hour to pick up my brother so he could certify it. I explained that I found it very strange, but they just said too bad , you not our member. I will never open an account at Servus credit Union with attitudes and policy,s like they portrayed. You guys suck.

Conflicting stories from on phone banking to actual branch. MasterCard declines but money still comes out of account. Phone banking people say we have insufficant credit on the card. Online banking and branch says we have money on credit card for past 21 days for $300. Yet 2 transaction came out even though it declined. Very frustrated. Have had to spend hours to date figuring this out with phone and branch meetings and there still has been no resolution. I am going in to pay off my card today and NEVER use servus again. Nor will my 4 kids and my wife. Think twice before going with this bank.

I have been with this bank for basically my entire life. I have never had a problem with them and they are always very helpful with any questions I might have.
