Scotiabank

What's the point of having your hours set as 9:30to 7pm when you don't actually do any real banking past 4:30pm. The hours should be advertised properly and honestly if you can help it, just go deal with the clover at branch. They are SO MUCH better!

Been banking with Scotiabank for 20 years. I have been contributing to an rrsp for the last 15 years. I just found out that my rrsp was never invested and I missed out on as much as $10000 in growth! My rrsp has been collecting no interest in 15 years! Needless to say I am pulling all of my accounts and going to ATB. I feel like I have been robbed by my bank. The only reasoning I was offered was it must have been because I was young when I started my rrsp and they must not have taken me seriously.

Great bank. The staff are awesome, Yesterday i went to the machine to take money out. I took out 200 and the machine gave me 190 went in to the Lady (Brittney) she was super helpful took me over to another lady not sure of her name but got me my 10 dollars and sent me on my way. Great service Thank you!!!

Seams like there is new staff here every week and the Comercial banker has now clue on what he is doing.

The staff are super friendly and always always the best and fastest service from everyone there , great job Scotia bank I'll always be a loyal customer to Scotia with that kind of service
