I have dealt with Fairstone Financial Sherwood Park Branch for a number of years have pulled multiple loans. On April 7, 2022 I went in to the branch to pay out my loan and was very disappointed in the service I received from AMITOJ BUTTAR. Very rude and unpleasant to deal with. She has to be the most unprofessional / unqualified worker within the company. In the past I have always met with Tracy who is now at an Edmonton Millwoods Branch whom was always very pleasant to work with. I will Never set foot into the Sherwood Park Branch again, I am very disappointed. But my loan is all paid off now.
Staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Shout out to Krista! She's newer to the location but a pleasure to deal with! Wonderful place!!

Interest rates are very high and they will grill you like you're a criminal. The letter that came in the mail made the process sound simple but it is not. Save yourself the headache and get a credit card instead-they have better interest rates than Fairstone!
