the most incompetent customer service. i'm liberal but can now say there are 'libertards' out there. especially the goth girl that works at this branch. the atmosphere of CIBC has always been relaxed but because of that one incompetent bank teller it ruins the whole bank experience for me. ATB altho much stricter are very professional. I haven't had any problems with them. The goth girl looked like she works at a movie theater the wages probably don't have a big difference but anyhow she closed my account just right after I opened it. If you don't want customers please don't waste people's valuable time. Regular banks like this only steal money from customers anyway in the form of fees and charges better to open an account with a credit union and I have a link for better alternative to regular banking.
