My experience was fabulous. I went there for my health card for first time. Best time to reach the office is around 8:30am-9am if you don't have an appointment. If you have an appointment, they would serve you first. The staff were great and professional. The first counter would check your documents such as 'Employer's letter', Driving Licence or Ontario Photo ID, passport and the form you need to fill manually which they would guide you well. Maximum time taken for the entire process was around 20minutesfrom waiting till exit. Good luck!!

The receptionist at this office is a terrible and extremely rude. Denied us to even see someone because she wouldn’t accept photo copies of every identification and a physical copy of one when there have been many people who were served with less ID. This is supposed to be a low barrier location and the biggest barrier is the receptionist not allowing you to even speak to a representative. She clearly doesn’t understand that identification is important in housing people and should not be working a job like this if she cannot understand that. Very disappointing. I don’t understand how the receptionist thinks she has this much a power

I went for my healthcard all staff members were friendly and helpful. service is also good only sometime it gets little more busy. the only thing i dont like is there were no wifi internet for guests.

I always assumed 1 star reviews were disgruntled losers. The greeter was amazing and very helpful, a total turn around from the clerk. Rude, dismissive, miserable, and actually belittled me for having an expired health card, nevermind that they advised me to not renew it until I needed it because of the pandemic. Make that make sense.nnWent to get the documentation that was requested to renew an expired health card only to find out I didn't actually need those documents. I'm pretty sure this guy decided to take his bad day out on his clients.nnThey can keep their misery to themselves as I will never go to that location again.
