Don’t waste time arriving before 5 pm. They never close at 5 pm, at 4:30 pm we have a gentleman really stress out to finish his shift at time, telling to people I can almost warranty you that cannot make your replacement after 4 persons in line, his actitud was just of a person that is not willing to help. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!

Horrible Customer service provided by the staff. i went service ontario to get the health card for my six months old child . Security Guard was so rude, He was asking for all the details and documents. I showed him all the documents . The service ontario agent at counter number twelve was so frustrated. She asked for my baby’s documents and i provided the same . She asked for my health card and Since i am on maternity leave she said My son is not able to get the health card . Moreover, she said she is going to cancel my health card too . She cancelled my and my husband’s health card . She did not issue none of us a health card. Next day we visited another office they issued us Health cards.

Very nice and prompt service was provided. I took appointment and the lady there, had guided me throughout the process. Its clean, benches provided to sit and lot many counters to serve more people.

The typical Government run Service Ontario. They close their doors at least an hour before the official time reason? - because there's only 1 staff working out of 21 windows. Closed on weekends as well. So, the only option you have is to take an off from your office and go there in the morning hours. And if you are lucky enough your work might get done in a single visit, otherwise best of luck!!

Dont deserve 1 star even. If you can not stay for more than 5 p.m please dont lie on website that you open till 5p.m if person come at 4:59PM you need to take them and serve them ita horrible. With no parking ofcourse.

My an experience about this service centre is very good.Very fast service and they are dealing very well.I’m appreciate.Good job. Thank you very much.

Very rude customer service by the person at counter 8. Very disappointed. Happened today. All my documents were ready yet she refused to issue us health card. This is serious and these people should not be hired by service ontario.

In my experience,the staff was good and helpful, I spent 15 mins to get my health card.

I was forced to go there three times until I was able to get my health card, and every single time I was treated with disrespect by the workers, both the guard at the entrance and the counter workers. Very unfortunate that you’re forced to go to their center to issue health cards.

if you are brown, you ain’t getting your work done, they blatantly refused my application for health card, i had all the documents mentioned on their website and also confirmed with their receptionist yet still lady refused my documents, said i need more supporting documents. i guess they don’t like us getting free healthcare.
