Tbh very bad experience with these parking people officer. Very rule and unfriendly uncooperative. I am visiting my family members I don’t live here I rented car and parked near by him place concession street on side of street I parked my car overnight. I was trying to explain the officer I’m new in town and I don’t have permit or I can’t apply or get a parking permit. I put the distribute may consider the situation on the turn didn’t corporate. The most funny and Annoying part is that they don’t have long time parking or paid parking or visitor parking in that area. Please give respect others and gain respect too. Never visiting Hamilton and I would recommend please coming up with long term parking slot. Thank you

I do not agree with the rules, procedures and conduct of the Hamilton Municipal Parking System, in my insignificant ignorance the Municipality of Hamilton has all the guardianship of this Mine to make money for all family and friends and everything is legal. I started my boycott two years ago. I stopped paying for monthly parking in Hamilton I stopped paying car insurance, I stopped buying gasoline, that is, I sold the car and started using public transport and being more friendly with the environment, I even forgot that these parasites existed. I'm not going to say the money I've earned so far, everyone knows, the truth is that I'm happier and I'd like to see the city of Hamilton dewormed, there are many places in different sectors that suffer from this disease and I feel that we're going to watch in real time a change that many already call the Cultural Revolution.

Don’t bother disputing a ticket. I emailed because I had a loaner vehicle on the street which got ticketed, explaining that I work from home and my personal vehicle typically has an exemption from the limit. Nope, they’re so inconsiderate and tough on a $30 ticket that apparently they can’t afford to lose, meanwhile I have to figure out how to pay for it.

Don't try to appeal anything, kind of like you report the mather that her son robed you. There are same family, no third party. This is hamilton's by-law. Just hope one day all of those jobs will be replaced by AI, at lease your money only goes to their pension plan.

I call them when my drive way is blocked or when cars are illegally parked the wrong way on the road. They literally just drove by looked right at me looked at all the double parked cars and drove away. Refusing to do their job. April 20th. 2022. 753pm mountville avenue. Clearly illegally parked.

Car parked on road and not moved in Stoney Creek, been like an over a year and parking enforcement has not done anything to get removed, after many people have complained. Now there are two trucks parked there and not moved. Shame on Hamilton parking enforcement!

My name is Lynn and I have been repeatedly issued parking tickets without pictures and without a public complaint. I got a ticket for parking in my own driveway blocking my gate. Legally I would have to call on myself, in order to get ticketed on my own private property. What you all need to know is Bylaw must have a picture proving the infraction. If they don't have a pic, you don't have to pay. Also ask for the Service Request Detail. The service request detail explains the complaint made by the public, date, time, name of bylaw officer. Be diligent. Don't give them any more money. Also there should be an option for zero stars. Notice there are no parking signs in rich neighbourhoods. Poor neighbourhoods have several signs on every single street. In my opinion the City of Hamilton needs to change and start treating all citizens fairly and ethically. We pay them taxes for what????????????????????????????????

Recieved a ticket for parking where parking is allowed but they have a contradictory sign setting time of the month restrictions that is different on each side of the same road. It's clearly intended to confuse people and leave them vulnerable to more ticketing and ultimately more money to the city. I am new to the city and a student and tried to explain my situation and how it's a first time but they just sent me some BS copy and paste response. In their email it starts with they are sorry about tickets and how they tend to leave an undesirable impression. It sure does! The email from the city reinforces that negative impression of city of Hamilton bylaw ossifers. Don't bother contacting them because they will just insult you and treat you like a goat. Very carefully review every single sign before you park anywhere. Let's play the game one better than them and make them go out of business. We can do this! Pass it on! Every single parking ticket avoided now on is a win for us and a loss for them.

I dread everytime I have to go see those robots. if we really had robots, I wouldn't be offended. maybe, they would resolve problems and find solutions, rather than think of how much they get out of you, today! Instead of paying so much for these bureaucrats, who do nothing but sit and say "NO", we could deal with robots and save all that tax payer's money going into their pockets for doing ...nothing! I will give them one star...zero if I could, for customer service, problem solving and impartiality. I am surprised no one has posted in this review section...!! Maybe afraid of retaliation, because I have the feeling they target some people and leave others alone. I have seen it with my own eyes. Not surprising in Hamilton. This man left me in the interview cubicle when he was done talking, and went to deal with other issues. I had to call him back with "excuse me..." to get my parking receipt that I have paid to park my car, and got a ticket anyways....tsk tsk...
