Very co-operative and polite 'Today'. Definitely can't complain, given they have been taking care of me the last 20 years.
I called in today the lady i was speak into was very rude to me on the phone wasn’t nice no manners
ATTENTION! When you arrive from the King Street Entrance, you'll will have to wait in the foyer until the security guard takes you through the secondary glass doors, leading you to the drop box. No security guard, no entry. Or call their office back and tell them that you are there in the Foyer.
The people who answer the phone are soooooo rude, and Disrespectful, until the point that makes you feel like Humiliate when you call them, and such a good Bullies. Except one women her name is Rosie she’s great.
Leann is such a pleasure to deal with. They are really lucky to have such a great admin on their team!
Can't wait to get into out own place with subsidy
If I could rate this zero stars I would, I got an apartment and as I went to see it more than one tenant recommended I don't move to that building because it is invested with bedbugs and when I told them, she said I could get bed bugs if u went on the bus, but if I can prevent that from happening than why should I take the risk, she said that's the way the system works it will count as one of your chances. They absolutely have horrible service and have no understanding of people what so ever.
I was told budget was 50 million. Trees are expensive. Access to Homeless. A debt from long time ago doesn't exist yet I've been told if I don't move out, 5 people will be evicted. This includes a 73 yr.old and a 5 year old child. This place is going to be famous. More publicity please!
I've been waiting 20 years . Waste of signatures and paperwork and all you have stress out gathering all the paperwork of your life they need .
There needs to be more funding and the way this place runs doesn't make sense. When there are issues the higher ups don't bother responding to you, you wait for years to get in and houses sit empty for years and there are not enough 1 bedrooms. Instead of upgrading houses that are perfectly livable the way they are maybe save that money and build some more apartment buildings in a decent area? In my area alone the people completely destroy the properties... and there are no repercussions. They move in everyone in their family when they know that isn't allowed and they get away with it, even when housing is aware. Now since they changed their policy if you are waiting for a transfer because you have to downsize you don't have a choice where you move, you are put on the list for ALL apartments that fit what you need, if you don't take what they offer theyll make you pay market rent. Lower income single people are being forced to move downtown to bed bug infested buildings. The population has gone up consistently and I haven't seen a single building go up. The way this place is run is insane and to the people who actually live in a housing unit, take some damn pride in where you live and stop destroying your units, youre wasting money that could be better spent. Just because youre low income doesnt mean you have to act like it.
