Passport Canada

It was well organized as stated by others but where do they find the mouth breathers that man the counters? Miserable and rude, lady you just started work 2 hrs ago and apparently just came back from break and you're this miserable? It was bad enough I pulled out my phone and started recording her while asking for her ID number. Funny how she went from miserable rude to sulkily miserable pretty quick. Glad I won't have to go back for 10 years.

I was not expecting that speed of service. Pretty comfortable waiting room. Very pleasant staff.

I just got off the phone with Passport Canada and asked them a simple question of "does my passport number change when I renew my passport so I can book my ticket now?". The employee put me on hold to find the information and returned with a confused answer verbally said to me..."how do you say it in English", as she thought about what to say to me. I shouldn't have to call a Canadian English speaking service and find out that the employees to not speak fluent English! Very disappointed in this service and company!

Went to the passport office this morning to apply for an express passport and was pleasantly surprised with the level of service. This office is very well organized and the service was excellent. There are several service wickets and what I would best describe as 2 "triage " wickets to ensure you have all your documents in order and to assign you a number. There were about 20 people ahead of me and I was out in 20 minutes. I should have my passport in 3 days! 5 stars

I got there 20 minutes early and had 15 people lined up before me. 9 minutes after the door opened I was walking out with everything completed. Why can't all government offices be run like this one?
