Very crappy service i mean i get this job isn't the most exciting out there but considering you work for us ans it's a cushy government job. I expect a little more respect. I am perfectly friendly and try to be understanding but they talk down to me like i don't know anything and then make me come back to do it at a later date because it's inconvenient for THEM. So much selfishness with these people not impressed.

I need to get a new health card. Was told by 2 other Service Ontario locations to go here because they don't do new applications . And guess what, I come here and they tell me to go to Kingston. It is evident that Service Ontario is not interested in providing me with a health card despite it being a vital document to receieve health care. If Service Ontario refuses to provide vital services to its citizens there will be severe consequences. Just wait and see.

I was out of the country for 8 years, before i left i disabled my OHIP. When i came back, they said i was out too long, and told me to go to the main Service Ont in Kingston. But when i called into Kingston, they said Aurora is actually the main service Ont in my area, and they should do it for me. Kingston said go back and tell them to do it, else call Kingston if they refuse.

They provide bad service. They are only enjoying making obstacles to general public.
