Richmond Hill Operations Centre

Our family applied for a Richmond Hill City Program.  The Clerks of Public Works Operations Division, Rebecca Wood and Rob Elliott, help us to complete the program so promptly and nicely.... The application was submitted online in end of 2022 and we were told it would be implemented once the weather allow, after year-end holiday..... So we expected it will be done in Feb or March, even later, after the Snow weather gone ! To our surprise, Rebecca and Rob managed to completed the request in Jan,2023! And the job is completed exactly as we expected! Really appreciate to Rebacca, Rob and other Public Works Ops Team's great job!   Please accept our Residence and Taxpayer's sincere appreciation! Very unhelpful, aksed and paid for curb repair 3 years ago every summer they tell me ur on the list but they never come and the manager never answer his phone

I got my green bin replaced here for free. Just bring in your old green bin to the front desk and pick up a new one. Took < 5min.
