A couple weeks ago, I called there for making a COVID-19 vaccine appointment. The staff named Suki who answered my call was very very nice. She patiently provided me a lot of very detailed, clear, and helpful information to guide me know how to get the vaccine clinic when she knew that I did not know there well. I would like to show my appreciations. Thanks a lot Suki!

Called a couple times to book appts and very nice staff. To some of the other people commenting about their irritation and anger, I'm sure these call centre staff get tons of calls from a**holes so there is a reason why they have the recording. You can't control what people do, only your reaction to it. Be kind to one another

York Region doesn't seem to adequately enforce Regional By-laws. There are so many illegal open house signs by real estate agents. I emailed them and nothing seems to get done. Signs are even placed close to a stop sign so it is distracting for drivers. I bet one of these days these signs will cause a physical altercation with a citizen and a realtor or someone will blow a stop sign from real estate signs obstructing the view.

I have tried to contact York region 4 times, to change my covid shot appointment and I have waited at least 10 minutes each time with no reply except the endless irritating comments about "BE NICE TO THE STAFF" and "COCID THIS AND COVID THAT" . Maybe you should try answering the phone and people would not be so irritated.

This building reminds me of that Star Trek episode where the populace will execute you for stepping on the grass.
