I'm not sure where all the bad reviews are coming from. This outlet provides the fastest service in Toronto, despite being very busy at times and having to deal with some unsavoury characters. They won't give you the faux US-style smiles but they do their job efficiently. And that's the only thing that matters.

I totally agree with the clerks being stressed out and rude, especially Operator J... I had to go there 3 days in a row to return an old license plate and I had been observing her re: how rude she is to the customers, and on the 3rd day I got her to serve me and she was rude to me too. Plus her colleague sitting next to her was talking about how I should have done so and so as if I wasn't there. Customer service is poor and they need to be trained more at this location. Not sure how they get hired when they are so unpleasant, rude, stressed etc... when other people with better moods, manners etc... are here waiting to be hired. Hope it gets better there.

I like this branch. It’s the least busiest Service Ontario around.

Always easy in and out of this office. Probably the best in the city from my previous experiences.

Fast service compared to other locations. The line was out the door and I still got served within 20 mins. Everything went well, however, the clerk could have been a bit nicer. Overall good experience.
