Dropped in Monday morning about 11:30 to get a photo taken for my new Health Card. Six or seven ahead of me in the line which was moving quickly. Staff were friendly and efficient. Was finished in ten - 15 minutes tops.

The staff at this location clearly are not enjoying what they do for a living. The attitude is not friendly at all and the line is always taking for ever. There is no sense of urgency at this location.

Always a long line, very few counter people. You have to stand in line instead of taking a number and being able to sit. Avoid this location, lots of other Service Ontario locations that do it better.

This was the worst experience I've ever had at a service Ontario. Not only was I given false information, I also came back 3 times with the documents that I was told to bring, and each time they sent me back saying it was the wrong one. Never coming here again.

Service is sooo bad ! You have to wait in line for 45 mins to get even a piece of information... some of them are so rude. Worst public service experience ever...
