Just had a horrible experience in this building. I had to use the washroom very bad on the first floor but the men's washroom was closed for cleaning .I asked the information if they have any more public washrooms in the building. They told me i don't know of another public washroom there answer was . so I went to the second floor but the washrooms are only for employees .I asked if there was another washroom they told me 5th floor with this long code to use I said forget it So I had to leave the building and use the washroom accross the street at tim Hortons. This is a government building It's just wrong they need more public washrooms there.

Great service! Very professional, the guy who attended us for my mom's passport application, was so nice, polite, respectful, patient, funny, always helpful, professional manners. He tried and did the job for we were there. Thanks! We will be very thankful. Without his help, we'd have to come back.

Wait time was minimal and service was very prompt and straightforward. I arrived early during the business day which likely helped reduce the wait time.

Friendly Staff but very poor service. They told me 1 hour 15 mins if waiting time and when i came in an hour they told me someone has already called my name. Poor communication
