The staff at this location are amazing - so friendly and efficient! I didn't have to wait long and would be happy to send off my passport renewal application at this location again.nnAnother major plus is that the Service Canada office is conveniently accessible within Kipling Station. Follow signs for MiWay and GO Transit until the end, then follow the exit to street level for a short walk to the plaza building's side entrance.

Awesome service. I was stressed about going there to renew my passport—anticipating a very long wait and noise. I was very pleasantly surprised to find the place very clean, neat, quiet, and I was served by a very courteous and professional staff from the minute I arrived. Wait. I’m not done. Did I mention that I was done in under 30 minutes?! Amazing!

A young male processed my passport and was very impersonal and standoffish, as if he had a problem with me from the very start, even though I was very polite to both the receptionist and him the entire time. He acted like he was operating some kind of interrogation, when he's just a customer service rep, and not an actual passport officer. In that sense, it was comical, which was even funnier given how the next booth's processing was very loudly cheerful in comparison.nnHe might need some retraining, although, perhaps he's capable of keeping his selective rudeness a secret, and no one will notice.nnThe two stars are for the cheerful receptionist, and the other is for the laughable sense of confidence and ire this other rep had for me.

Got here at 08:10am and they opened at 8:30am. I was in and out within less than hour. I’m so glad I came early because the line started to pile up and the line was longer.nnThe staff were really nice and friendly. I was treated well and my questions were answered.nnFor passport application: it’s 25 days instead of the 10 days at the actual passport office.nnI opted for this option because I’m not in a rush.

Lori processed my passport renewal application and was very pleasant and helpful. I may have lucked out on my timing but I was in and out of the centre in about 15 minutes. Would highly recommend this location.
