Went there on Tuesday at 11:30am and it had 6 people ahead of us. Only waited for 15 minutes before my turn. There's even an Intern who came to each one on the line to give extra help. At the counter, the person was very helpful. This is probably one of the best experiences from any government services.

The front line employees work professionally and quickly. I went for a health card renewal, and except the line-up, the job was done only in a couple of seconds!

They work quickly to move people through the line. Very knowledgeable and efficient.

Sometimes the line doesn't move at all and it seems hopeless. This is because they allow people to book their appointments in advance - they don't show up anyways. If you're patient to wait, the service can be quite fast, and super friendly. Hate it when you're in the middle of something with the government and then some woman has to bud the line and interrupt your conversation and paperwork. We need more privacy. The government agent should have said something instead of answering the woman's questions. You don't just bud into somebody's private paperwork and ask about enhanced driving.
