Collision Reporting Centre

Unlike other people, i've had a great experience here. I was involved in a hit and run while my car was parked. Came outside and boom my door was smashed. The officer I dealt with went to the car, inspected it and wrote an accurate report.

Be prepared to deal with some miserable human beings. I will never get in an accident again, simply because I would hate to deal with the demeaning officers in that reporting centre once more.

very bad service and racism. When make report in couple years ago. I been there , an old office (60+) talked to me. He didn't tell me anything , when I described my accident , he said :" GO Home!~ Watch TV don't drive." Also I didn't draw and write anything, that means he didn't finish my case.I didn't get form just let me go . A few day later , other officer e-mail me to finish my case. The old officer name is Anderson .

Staff was nice and efficient. I didn't have the necessary government ID and they identified a local Canadian Tire I could go to to procure one so that I wouldn't have to come back another day. It wasn't too much of a wait either.

they are totally racist,the women she didn't even bother to check the car, they are worst people i ever seen , so rude, don't even bother go to this location . not even one star
