One star for the guy who received me in the access.. very gentil. The place at any time is overcrowded! I was waiting for one hour.... 5 people were called during that time and still around 20 other individuals before me. I left of course... next day... Langley office... perfect.

They do their job, Yes sometimes it’s a long wait but damn they try hard.

Very bad experience. Everytime you go there, they make you get different information for same file which makes a big delay in whatever you try to accomplish. They have internal communication problems. Frustrated

NEVER been so stunned. I have never been denied a sin card but because my care card i.d says 86 and not 84 ( as it has always has even through other replacements) I had a "lady" deny me. They were questioning whether or not who I said I was even though I called ahead and provided everything. Funny no issues with the Abby office. I guess its who you get. I got two jerks laughing asking if I was even Canadian ironically from two internationals. Ironic to be questioned as a native woman by non Canadians if I am Canadian. Disgusting !!! There's a asian lady kept laughing when I said you know it's a far drive wish the correct info was given when I called prior. She thought my upset was just hilarious. Yah real funny you clown!!!! HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE FROM THE REAL VERY/ REAL DANIELLA GIOVANATTI. IDIOTSSSSSSS!!!!!
