Went there for passport renewal this morning. Convenient location and free parking. Office was spacious even decorated for Christmas. The staff handled my case was professional and very friendly. My best experiences with the government.

I recently visited Service Canada to apply for a Social Insurance Number SIN, and my experience was excellent. The staff were professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They explained the process clearly and ensured I had all the required documents beforehand, which made the appointment smooth and stress-free.

I am beyond disappointed with the abysmal level of customer service I received from your Canada service center. The one staff member showed a shocking lack of competence, courtesy, and basic communication skills. the unprofessional behavior made it clear that customer satisfaction is the last priority for your team. This kind of negligence is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your entire organization. If this is how you treat paying customers, I suggest you overhaul your approach immediately or risk losing even the most loyal clients.”

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at Service Canada yesterday. The representative at counter number 2 demonstrated a lack of professionalism and courtesy throughout our interaction. When I requested clarification on the process, he became agitated and told me to speak directly to the point. I was attempting to explain that I had submitted my application online, but he was unwilling to listen. He repeatedly asked for documentation, and if I did not provide it, he refused to engage in further conversation. I expect a higher level of professionalism and courtesy from Service Canada representatives. They should be polite, respectful, and responsive to clients' inquiries. Unfortunately, the representative's behavior fell short of these expectations, and I will not return to that location.

Walked in last week in the morning to register my SIN and was out in about an hour. There was a line as expected, but it moved pretty quickly. The waiting area was not crowded, and someone from either office would come out and call your name + counter number when your turn came. I did not know there are computers and printer for use here, but the printer broke down that day so a staff had suggested a lady to walk down the block to Staples if she wanted her documents printed. The front desk lady and the officer at the counter were both sweet and professional.nnTo be honest, the negative reviews here had me worried prior to my visit, but all and all I had a pleasant experience at this branch
