Some people really need to get a life. I had an appointment at 3.10pm and I arrived at 3.12 pm I was late just 2 minutes due to heavy traffic and construction but the bald gentleman on the road test counter told me you are late and we can not take your test, come on 2 minutes late ,people wait days and months to get an appointment and you deny like that seriously get that man a raise ICBC. I would not recommend anyone going there for their test worst ICBC centre shame

I had a very disappointing experience at ICBC Surrey 78 Avenue location. The staff member I spoke with was very rude and unwilling to assist me. I visited the office regarding upgrading my driver’s licence, which is very important for my employment and future career opportunities.nnWhen I asked for a ticket number, I was told they could not give me one because the office was busy. I explained that I was willing to wait for one or even two hours if necessary. Despite this, the employee repeatedly refused to help and stated that my matter was “not important” and that I should book an appointment online and return another day.nnI found this comment extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. It is not appropriate for staff to decide whether a customer’s reason for visiting is important or not. Upgrading my licence is directly related to my work and livelihood.nnWhat concerned me the most was that the employee did not seem willing to listen to my situation or understand why I was there. I felt that a decision had already been made not to assist me before hearing me out. The interaction left me feeling dismissed and unfairly treated. While I cannot say for certain whether discrimination played a role, the experience made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a customer.nnI understand that offices can be busy, but customers should still be treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism. I hope management addresses this issue and provides additional customer service training to ensure other customers do not have similar experiences.

I gave my road test at the ICBC Claim Centre Newton in Surrey, and my instructor Mr. Satnam Singh was extremely calm and kind throughout the test.nnBecause of his patience and supportive attitude, I didn’t panic during the drive and was able to stay focused. I successfully passed my road test on May 16, 2016, and I felt extremely happy and relieved afterward.nnPassing the road test felt like a major achievement for me, especially because driving always made me nervous. At one point, I genuinely thought I could do many things in life, but driving a car wasn’t one of them. A huge thanks to Mr Satnam Singh and my instructor Amrinder Singh from Allwheels driving school.

ICBC Driver Licensing Surrey - Fast, friendly service — highly recommend going in the morning!nnI have visited this location many times for various services, including taking my knowledge tests, doing my road tests, and getting my government IDs updated. Every experience has been great.nnThe staff here are always welcoming, incredibly friendly, and quick at processing paperwork. A big tip for anyone else looking to visit: try to come first thing in the morning! If you go early, you get your work done as soon as possible with minimal wait time. This is definitely the best spot to handle your licensing and ID needs smoothly.

I made an appointment in this location to renew my driver's license and was an amazing experience. Divya if I had it right at the counter assisted me and she did an excellent job! Very friendly and accommodating. She even made sure I got a nice photo for my driver's license. So caring and very helpful. I really commend her. People like her would make waiting customers life easier. Way to go Divya, you're the best!
