"All of our agents are busy, please call back later." What? That's it? No leave a message? No please hold and we will get to you ASAP? Just "call back later"? What kind of modern call center doesn't have these basic facilities? Guess I'll give them an extra star for even having a phone line that I might, theoretically, be able to talk to them on one day.

Here is a little trick for the non tax knowing tax payer. If you over pay your previous years tax by $24 you can completely derail the entire fabric of the CRA and they can and will not know what to do the following year so your $8k return still won't be in your account in almost September. 5 stars CRA, oh and make sure you still don't answer them phones....ever.

Finding employees on the phone or in the body is very hard and too much difficult. If you go in person there is no solution, because the security returns you, his answers is “they are busy and changing their offices.”

Do you know how exasperating it is to call a place day after day, trying to get ahold of them, only to hear "please call back later"? All you have to do is be a Canadian taxpayer, and you're eligible to be treated like this yourself. Trust me, it's taxing.
