Staff here are very nice and are willing to help out with any questions you may have. They will help you fill out applications for you if you do not understand something and they have a lot of patience. Thank you.

The staff here are very patient, informative and helpful. My wife and I have stopped here for assistance on a number of different Canadian Government related issues. Every time we left with the confidence everything was completely dealt with properly. the location is convenient. Parking is free. "Service" Canada is a name that describes them well.

Every single time I come here I’m rudely treated, interrupted and not taken seriously. Trying to process a passport here was a nightmare, any questions or any issues forget about having them answered or solved. I’d recommend any other location other than the hermitage centre service Canada. There is of course a few exceptions to some very lovely people but the bad service and rude attitudes of other workers ruins that experience.

The people were friendly and excellent, I was happy with the way I was treated and their efficient service.

Staffs are helpful but you can see that they are under staff and stressful. Hopefully government can come up with more resources.
