I was rushed, given very little time to think. Any time I tried to ask a viable question, the attendant would sigh and cover her face with her hands without saying anything or properly answering my question. She didn't even take the time to use complete sentences when speaking to me, ultimately leading to confusion. I watched as she was making a mess out of my application, and could do about it for fear of being denied the opportunity to renew my passport... it was some of the worst service I have ever received.

all the employees are immigrants. Lots of snobby workers, but speed is most important!

Many employees of this Passport office are racist and discriminate people based on the color of their skin. It is really sad that in this day and age, people are still treated horribly because of their race. It is such a shame that the employees in the passport office are sad, simple minded individuals that feel the need to take out their insecurities on people who are just trying to get passports. Disgusting. The girls behind the counters are absolutely trashy with horrible attitudes. Please STOP WITH THE DISCRIMINATION AND RACISM!

Staffs are helpful and courteous. As someone else has mentioned, despite long line ups, I was in and out in 35 mins. There are also lots of spots available in their underground parking which made it very convenient. And despite expecting to pay an arm and an leg for parking, their rates are actually quite reasonable.

The woman at the pre screening window was horrid! She was rude and should consider going to work retail for awhile to adjust her attitude.
