Try to talk to a person on the phone at law courts about where to park was impossible. Automated system did not take me there either.

These people give not a care in the world about you as an individual whether you are WHITE, BLACK, PINK or PURPLE! all they care about is how much money they can ROB you of... Any body or system that trys to take or takes money from me without giving me something in return is nothing but a THIEF!

Had to go make arrangements for a fine. I waited for 11/2hours went to the counter to see what progress my paperwork was in. Well got directed to the wrong area, went back in line and was yelled at like I was a child. Started explaining myself when lady who gave me the wrong information decided that nope she couldn't possibly have given me the wrong information and wants to argue. Ahahaha what a joke. Well you certainly made an impression on the whole room and my adult child who was with me. . If you can't treat people with diginty or respect....QUIT WORKING WITH THE PUBLIC!

Try and get a hold of someone in person is very difficult on a Friday. Transferred to a auto service, when picking a selection it goes back to the same request. please pick one of the following.very frustrating. So then i press 0 to talk to someone in person and the following comes up every time time " there is no one to help you" wow. The prosecutors office a different story there, they are so rude when speaking to you it's totally ridiculous. They act like the world revolves around them, my god. For so called professionals so rude.
