Incredibly rude workers here. These people have no business dealing with the public. I came to get help, not be yelled at by the lady on the other side of the counter.

Inappropriate behaviour and foul language by staff at this office (Brian Mason's) when informed that their assistance was no longer required. Very disappointed that I had to seek help in another riding as a result of the numerous errors caused by this office.
