Mauvais service, surcharge dans le tarif, main d'oeuvre pas mentionné dans le devis, pas de devis écrit mais oral. Le travail n'était pas acceptable, une porte pas ajustée qui s'entrouvre de 6mm quand elle est fermée à clé ! Incroyable. N'importe qui peut y glisser un outil pour la fracturer. Après un second devis, la personne n'est jamais revenue...
Extrêmement déçu.
Finalement une autre compagnie m'a refait entièrement la réparation pour le tiers du prix !

Un service courtois, efficace (jamais eu de clés erronées), abordable et rapide. Ils ont des modèles de clés que beaucoup d'autres endroits n'ont pas. Plutôt que de faire le tour de 1000 magasins RONA avant d'avoir une copie de chaque clé, allez directement là-bas :)
