Dow's Locksmith

This place is magic when it comes to key cutting. Went to Canadian Tire earlier and none of the keys worked, then I was introduced to this place and the rest was history ! The old lady that works there is really nice too !

I went to this store to get keys cut and was appalled by how the man who works there treated another person in the store (not sure if it was someone who worked for him or his relative or what). I was getting three keys cut, and neither of them could read the numbers on the keys, so it ended up taking about 20 minutes. The entire time the older man was verbally abusing the other man, swearing at him and being incredibly rude. I felt uncomfortable being present for this bullying and cannot believe that he was treating the other man this way. That type of behaviour and treatment cannot be tolerated.
