Things can be done well or badly... and they can be done perfectly. Within an hour of calling and speaking with a polite, efficient lady ( France ?) , Eric the serviceman arrived at the door. He was friendly, quick and neat...and gone in 10 minutes . This is one terrific locksmith company. I recommend them whole heartedly. Dealing with Boudreau et al made my day.

I've been coming here for half a decade now for my local businesses. Mom & Pop type shops are no longer a dime a dozen, and this one will have a long life due in part to the absolute best for helpfulness, attention to detail, customer care, prices and just plain friendliness. France takes great care of her clients - I've witnessed this on many occasion. Kudos!

What an awful experience! Yesterday afternoon I went back to the shop where I had a set of keys cut because they were unable to unlock my doors. This is where I had the worst customer service experience. I was initially greeted by a very nice young man. He referred me to the same older woman (perhaps the owner) who had originally cut my keys. As soon as I mentioned that I couldn't use my keys the woman refused to listen. She seemed unnecessarily incensed and defensive. She berated me though I did nothing wrong. She proceeded to tell me she had been in this business for 35years, cut a sample key(none of mine) and stuck it in a corresponding lock behind the counter to showcase her knowledge and skills. I said I believed her, but that mine still don't work in my locks and would like to find a solution to that problem. She then sharply asked how I had paid. I couldn't remember so she shoved money in my hand and told me to go. This was neither what I expected nor what I desired. I walked out of the store shocked at her attitude and behaviour, without a set of keys, and still holding the money she had shoved in my hand. Throughout our exchange, I never received an apology, acknowledgement that errors are possible, or a functioning set of keys. The younger man also witnessed the whole exchange. Luckily there is a Rona hardware store down the street where they greet you with a smile, initiate friendly conversation, listen to you rant about the awful experience you just had, and, most importantly, get the job done properly on the first try, while charging you half the price and without the attitude. Rona saved the day and I will be giving them a stellar review!
