Good bunch of guys, anything you need with regards to locks and key cutting (even automotive units). A bit on the pricey side as compared to others but then again I've never had to return a single key or lock due to defect or fault.

Great service! I called for my mail lock and they said it was easily replaced and I should just do it myself instead of having someone come to fix. Took me 15 minutes and I saved 100$.

Arrogant and ignorant
Wanted to find out about changing a cylinder.
Two men practically sent me to hell without even suggesting an alternate solution looking at an eventual change of the existing lock

My locks were installed by a previous owner. So we have proprietary keys that only these guys can change; my only other choice seems to be replacing my whole front door. They have a monopoly on my lock. I am not sure this contributes to our security but certainly sends me to them for business with no other choice. So over the past years, I have been unhappy with most interactions. I must say there was no failures or incompetence. No appointments, no guarantees, call back later...All these are the remarkable aspects of my necessary business with them. This is now public with a hope that they read this, it may improve, and my future business will be more effective. 

You know I just don't want to wait around all day for these guys to come to fix the door of my home for a price I can not shop for elsewhere.
