Been going there since I was a child. Every family function isn't complete without serrellis beef with their extra hot giardinera. So delicious. As soon as you hit the door you're hit the most amazing smells. Will keep going and make sure my children do as well. I live a lil over an hr away and it's definitely worth the trip.
The very best Italian pork chops outstanding. I also think their mild Italian sausage is really good. I can’t wait to order a holiday roast there.
Had the 6 inch Italian sub, a good solid contender for the area. Picked up some olives as well, very good. Next time I'll try a beef. There is parking behind the building, also it's Chicago so bring a bag or get charged 7 cents each if you need one.
The pre-cooked BEEF is so delicious and shredded nicely without having to chew on big chunks of meat. The last time I bought it was designated to be taken to MEXICO for my brother and boy did it remind him of GREAT CHICAGO... he enjoyed it to the fullfest. Ordered 5 pounds of beef, we ate it for 2 meals and froze the rest.it is just the 2 of us. Reheated the balance today, nothing but mush. Really disappointed Will not order again. So sad!

My heart was broken today,30 plus years, 60 miles one way and on an average of at least once a month at a cost of 200.00 dollars and arriving home today with my Beef & Meatballs so looking forward to that delicious familiar taste from my early teen years into my adulthood sharing this family tradition with my adult children and grandchildren that was looking forward to the GREATEST ITALIAN DELI Beef and Meatballs , SMH….. I wanted to cry, It was NOT the same, All the Flavors were different, the Marinara Sauce was thinned to a water base, Not that Thick tomato Italian Sauce We Loved so many years! Serrelli’s we had a long great run together but after today My Family and I are moving on to find us another Italian Deli..,,, Wishing you many years of Good Fortune and servicing your Community!!!
I called to place an order and the girl who answered was very rude, I called to speak with manager/owner and no one was available. The girl who answered told the guy in the back to take my frickin phone call because she was about to hang up on me . She said that very loudly so I can hear it I talked to the guy in the back who makes the sandwiches and he was not helpful either
Authentic flavors. First time trying their sandwiches and we were very pleased. The olive oil is amazing. The deli meats were cut and layered just right. Delicious? I'm going back!
