Serendipity, The Little French Shoppe

My daughter and I loved this shop. They have delightful French woven home goods, such as bedding, table linens, tea towels, utensils, and a host of other things. We have had two visits to this shop; the clerk was very pleasant, even though busy checking several folks out. We will always visit this store when we come to Niagara-on-the Lake. I surely hope they don't go out of business!

I had the most disappointing experience in this store. The clerk/ owner was so incredibly rude to me. I asked twice about a specific item, she was short, abrasive and not helpful in the least. In fact she never stepped from behind the counter and barely looked up from her paperwork. I will never set foot in this shop again and I look forward to the day she goes out of business , which I don't think will be too long from now. No customer service, rudeness and a bad attitude. Good luck!
