This crystal store came to Toronto Canadian national exhibition. I bought some crystals and chip bracelets. I place the Malachite on my arm and it shattered:. Now I can't return or replace it. So I'm a little disappointed

Good selection but the girl on cash who never looked up from her book she was reading, except to give my niece dirty looks because she had hiccups?? today was very rude, made my niece and I uncomfortable enough to put our stuff back and leave. I always stop and shop here when visiting, but after today maybe not. A little lesson in customer service may be a good idea for this store, considering I've read similar reviews.

I haven't been to the NOTL location, but I bought some stones at the Seaway Mall kiosk in Welland, and they have a fantastic selection of beautiful minerals, semi-precious stones other unique items there.

Contrary to other reviews, when I walked into this store & was greeted by the person working at the counter, the lady was very nice & talkative. Even so, this place was way too misleading with their prices. Bought three crystals in the bins that said two dollars and my total came to eleven dollars?! I didn’t question it in the moment and would have gone back if I wasn’t under a time constraint that day. Don’t go if you want to get ripped off — visit crystal stores that actually charge you what they list on the shelves.

Customer service is amazing despite the other reviews. I always visit on the weekends and the lady who works those days, katina, is very kind! She's talkative, open and very welcoming. The shiny company at the pen centre is very expensive compared to this one and there is a much more wide variety of unique crystals at this store! I've started going to this one instead of the one at the pen centre because it's local, friendly staff, cheaper and overall just a great store! Just bought a bundle of crystals 12 today from there for $30 and was definitely worth it! I never feel rushed to purchase anything and katina makes it a very pleasant experience whenever I come in to the store.

Two star rating is for the beautiful crystals sold at this store. Was genuinely interested in purchasing a number of lovely crystals and jewelry.  Customer service rating is 0/5. Was reprimanded upon entry to store not to touch the crystal towers, and then rudely told to "hurry up" as the lady working 'had not eaten all day' Felt rushed, judged, and Not valued as a customer. sad that Such a great store had to be such a Terrible Experience. Truly a shame. Customer Service can be improved. I hope one day I can go in and feel valued as a paying customer. Lost my sale today:

On a busy Sunday, the woman working at the cash register singled me out whilst trying on rings to find my size. The reason for singling me out? I was the only non-Caucasian shopper in the store. There was an electric scooter that was taking up quite a bit of space in the narrow store that the other, caucasian, customers were complaining about, but I guess it was more important to make sure the non-caucasian girl with the diamond rings wasn’t on at the cusp of stealing a $15 ring.

HORRIBLE costumer service. When I walked into the store, the woman working in the counter didn’t even have the courtesy to look up at me or mutter a simple “hi”. To make matters worse, whilst browsing the store, the same worker abruptly stopped me and rudely asked if I wanted a box to hold my crystals - when I was evidently still browsing and was only holding my phone. I responded with an honest no, and she again in an accusatory tone and attitude said “oh”. I completely understand that theft is common in crystal stores, but this is completely UNACCEPTABLE.  I was a potential paying costumer, and to be accused of theft while merely browsing is despicable. I hope all who read this review will think twice before spending their money in an establishment run by a rude person. Much better crystal stores with EXTREMELY better staff.

Went in ready to purchase, there is no warmth in this place, you'd think a metaphysical shop would get the importance of energy and vibration. Clearly it wasn't an owner working the desk, sorry for bothering you as a paying customer!

Great place, friendly staff, lots of variety for crystals.
