Terrible customer service. I know my size and the clerk told me I'm a larger size than I am as if she knows my body better than I do. Also, she said I couldn't try on any clothes without buying, when I know she told me I could ONLY try on a dress way larger than my actual size! I'm NOT buying clothes that are way too big for me just because you need to get rid of inventory! I was going to buy a $375 dress in stock, but was not allowed to try it on! I can't buy any clothes if I don't know if they will fit or not!!!! I also would have browsed more and bought more, but I wasn't allowed to try anything else on except the one dress that was way too big for me! Fire your unprofessional workers, or I'm never shopping there again! You just lost a ton of money! I'm very insulted at the unprofessionalism and the catty remarks I received in your shop by your staff! I don't care if I don't look rich enough to buy your clothes or not, you don't treat potential customers that way.

I had a terrible experience with customer service at this store. While searching for a summer wedding dress on a recent trip to Niagara-on-the-Lake with my family (including my mother, grandmother and aunts, all of whom were present in the store) I asked the sales lady to try on a dress that caught my eye. The lady immediately told me, "Unless you are serious about buying the dress, you cannot try it on because we do not like the dresses to wear and tear" in an extremely rude tone. I was taken aback by the hostility I received instantaneously; I was dressed in casual clothing, and it was evident that she had judged me and decided I could not afford the piece. I was humiliated in front of my family (and other shoppers) and left the store immediately. I have never been told I was not allowed to try on an article of clothing in a store or prove I was financially capable of purchasing something before being allowed to try it on. The whole encounter was tremendously pretentious and rude. I would not recommend the customer service at this store to anybody.
