Darlene Kopp (in particular) and the staff at at your facility at 11 Paramount Road, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R2X2W6 have provided excellent service to my family over the past 6 months. It was always a pleasure to enter the office as they were always so friendly and supportive. Any questions were answered promptly and when I lost the key to my unit they addressed my concern immediately. I wish that more companies were as professional and could accommodate their clients as well as the staff at 11 Paramount do. Friendly people. Very helpful. I had two units and shut one down (no longer needed). I couldn't get a refund, but they helped me transfer remaining payment into my other unit .

My husband and I went and looked at some different types of storage units. And let me tell you there are lots of options. I thought who would give us the best deal would be my decision maker, but I was wrong! The funny part is I didnt care how much it cost (which ironically they ended up being one of the most reasonable) From the moment we walked in the door until the moment she helped us carry our FREE moving supplies to our car. THANK YOU to you both from the bottom of my soul. This has been an exhauting time mentally physically and emotionally.

Moved here from down the street where I rented previously and the driveup unit makes all the diferense in the world. The yard is huge but the guy on the cart keeps things tidy. Friendly facility.
