Delivery keep on getting delayed. I called the company multiple times since the day it supposed to be deliver, and they kept on saying "We will try to deliver it tomorrow". It finally delivered after 2 weeks, except there is only one person, so they couldn't get the fridge carried in, since we couldn't help them the constant delay make it impossible for us to schedule our time and wait for them. After another 2 weeks, we paid for the carry in service, and they still only send 1 staff, so we have to call our family members, and even have random strangers on the street help us. Incredible, absolutely stunning, almost unbelievable.

Scheduler was pleasant to deal with, was very apologetic when she had to reschedule a few times. Delivery driver was nice, but came without any dolly. My boxes were heavy and if my husband was not here to help with our dolly there would be no way he could have carried them by himself. They were 400 pds.

I was told it would be “100% delivered tomorrow between 2pm - 7pm”. I double confirmed, as I have to take time off work. I get a call at 6:10pm saying it will not be delivered. They said “truck broke down”. I asked how many trucks they have… “8”. So why don’t you put it onto another truck? “Sorry sir, we are done deliveries for the day. Deal with the woman tomorrow when she calls”. Terrible service and now I’m missing paid time off work and did not receive my delivery. It is already 3 weeks late with this company. DO NOT USE FAST FRATE!

If there was an option to select ZERO stars that is what my rating would be. This company makes BIG promises and does NOT deliver on anything they say. Lost palette " delivery is on its way" numerous times from several employees, they say they will call you back and they do not. I would suggest hiring a different delivery company. Service 1 out of 10 on account of them answering the phone 1 out of 8 calls, efficiency 0/10.

Terrible service, still waiting on an item ordered almost 2 months ago. Deliveries get scheduled with brutal time windows - ex. be home from 8:00am to 4:00pm on a weekday. You make arrangements to accommodate their brutal delivery window, only to have them cancel and have to reschedule...1. truck is broken, 2. weather, 3. no reason given internal confusion, 4. truck is broken....they get 1 star as their scheduler seems like she's trying, beyond that they are in the dark ages compared to the more progressive delivery companies with reliable service and 2-4 hour delivery windows!

Worst place to deliver to. Checked in at quarter to 8 am got a dock right after but they took almost 9 hours to unload my trailer. They were done unloading at 4:30 pm. Wasted my whole day and got me late for my next pickup. Terrible location.

The worst shipment company ever. The shipment always delays regardless of season or road conditions. I would understand that roads are bad in winter but I don’t understand why the earth it would take you guys to deliver my shipment after it arrives to Winnipeg from Toronto. I waited 2 weeks for my shipment to come to winnipeg and 3 days plus a weekend to get it to my address which is also in wpg Seriously if you can not handle such of a business please close your business. You are just putting your costumers like me in a difficult position. If there were lower than a 1 star I would have given that. You don’t even deserve 0 star.

Update, just used them again, what a joke. Listen to the one star reviews!!!! Delivery date got bumped, then bumped, then bumped again. Called them, and oh they actually have it. Went and picked it up, gave them my credit card details to charge the card, got the freight and left. Then they call me and say the credit card didn't go through. Instead of being courteous, and getting the issue sorted out, threaten to report it as stolen. Seriously, you loaded my truck???!!! as a note, this credit card works for everyone else... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! From before, when i left a 5 star reveiw. Have used twice, their rates are great and very fast service. Sherri even stayed late to accommodate my pickup. Thanks a ton!

Again and again same WORST service from FASTFRATE. shipment picked on Oct 7th and today is Oct18, when I call their office they says don't have idea about the shipment and same excuse of breakdown third time. Now I have ask all my supplier never ever use FASTFRATE. They require a NEGATIVE ranking for their poor services. They should change their name to Slowest Frate. Normally i got my good from Toronto within 3 business days. but when you by mistake book thru Fast Frate, it will take more then 11days to get the goods, and even after 11 days if you call them they are not confirmed when to deliver. And when I called their winnipeg office for eta of delivery, they get the shipment but not sure when to deliver.
