Worst location, of worst pharmacy chain. If you call, you will be on hold for 20 minutes minimum usually more like 45 min. If you show up in person to drop off, waiting will not be an option, unless you want to spend 6 hours there. Do better.

You'll sit on hold for upwards of 15 minutes whenever you call. If a prescriber sends instructions on a med you're taking, they print them in bold on the bottle but they don't follow them.if they don't have what you need, it's up to you to find it, have whoever contact them for reasons I don't know and no further information. I just want to know what the deal with the phone is. I have never once stood in a line at this pharmacy because there's never been one when I got there.

By far the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced... I been trying to call the pharmacy all day long... At least 10 tries... First try, I was put on hold for 20 min and phone went dead. Then the other times from 10am up until now it's 8:22pm, NO ONE answers the phone at the pharmacy! I think if you are busy, at least answer the call to triage the line first or advise people that they will be put on hold etc. It used to be much more responsive, at times there is delays but I get it, pharmacy can be busy. But now it's like as of no one is working here! I don't think this is acceptable for a pharmacy to operate like this.

The pharmacy at shoppers keewatin has gone completely down. You can never get a hold of them on the phone, when you do it's after a 30min-hr wait. So frustrating. Whatever changes were made, undo them!

Dropped off my script for eye drops, had to go there 5 hours later and it wasn’t ready. After being greeted with an “oh” from the tech, lo and behold they got it ready in 3 minutes. Orders are q2hours so I’ve effectively missed 2 doses.nnCrazy how long it takes to get a prepackaged bottle of eye drops.
