Small artisan food shop specializing in tasty Seed to Sausage meats, artisan grocery items, and a carefully curated cheese section.

Story

At Seed to Sausage we make tasty meats. We work with local producers as much as possible, using as few additives and preservatives in order to make safe good foods. From our award winning fermented salami, pancetta and guanciale, to simple sausages and an array of deli style and smoked meats. Everything is made by hand, one by one.

We strive to offer simple, good food. Everything we make is hand crafted on a small scale. We use the minimum amounts of salt and other additives as possible. We strive to produce Canada’s artisan cured meats. This is what Seed to Sausage works towards.

This is a good spot for interesting and delicious sausages, cured meats, cheese, and other items such as spread, crackers, bread, and more. My kids and I love the dried sausage, as well as the curried yogurt sausages. It's not cheap, but the food is local and delicious, so I don't mind paying for quality. My suggestion is to walk in and check it out. They are nice people, too, and very helpful if you have any questions.
Fantastic little place for sausages, steaks, and cured and smoked meats as well as other things like cheeses, sauces, and patés and terrine. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful in suggesting what to go with. They helped me put together a charcuterie board and every single thing on it that I bought was my favourite. Try the smoked duck breast.
Wow. Everything here is the best quality organic food stuffs and meat I have ever seen for sale in one place. The best aged steaks - aged 90 days if I remember correctly - are fantastic and well worth the investment. Best kimchi I have ever had the stuff should be on an addictive substances list - I could go on and on, but instead I urge you to check it out. Parking can be tricky but worth it.
